I love L'occitane as Ive got very sensitive skin and usually break out from normal products. All the ingredients are natural and made from flower/plants essences. I love the scent combinations and attention to detail from the staff.

I had a fantastic experience at the Westfield Sydney store, having a wonderful facial today! The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Evy. I will definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend!

Loving the extraordinary service from Sharleen today, especially her smile. As a customer who doesn't subscribe to newsletter emails (as it's annoying to me), Sharleen first checked through the system and confirmed I could redeem my birthday gift. While browsing through the store and overwhelmed by too many good products, she approached me and mentioned I could also redeem a Christmas gift, knowing I had unsubscribed from their newsletter emails. Yay! So, I bought hand cream and redeemed two gifts. Thank you, L'Occitane, and thank you, Sharleen. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Cheers

I had an amazing experience at L’OCCITANE Westfield Sydney. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The ambiance was calming and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind. I booked a powernap facial and it exceeded my expectations. The staff Zee was highly skilled, explained the process clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward!

Had the best facial here, and what a great deal being able to redeem the price of the facial on products. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted and welcomed to sit and wait before my facial begun. Consultation was very thorough and it was good to see how they tailored it to my skin type. And the products I was recommended and given samples of have been some of the best I’ve ever tried. Looking forward to returning!

To the sweetest lady that served me today at around 12:30pm where I was buying a present for a pregnant friend. You were so helpful in recommending products & made signing up so easy and you gave me some gorgeous little freebies. You served me with care, friendliness & just absolutely made my busy work day so much more pleasant. I was extremely impressed with the way you packaged the items for my friend.
